1. Decide on the session or sessions your camper
will attend. You may do a phone reservation. 540-947-2972.
2. Campers requesting a sponsored campership must indicate this
on their application and provide all required information for processing.
If your camper has received a financial campership in previous years,
IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A CAMPERSHIP FOR THE 2011 CAMP SEASON.
3. Mail the application to the camp office as early as possible
but no later than (Coming Soon). Applications received and paid
by April 15, 2011 will receive a $50 discount on their residential
camp fee. A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 must accompany the application.
Incomplete applications will be returned.
4. A confirmation letter will be mailed directly to you from the
camp upon receipt of a completed application and deposit. This will
include a recommended packing list and information on health care.
5. Camp fees are due four weeks before opening day of camp session.
The individual camper, parent or guardian, the local Jaycee Chapter
or any other agency or organization may pay camp fees. Payment in
full must be paid one month prior to opening day of camp sessions.
6. Each session begins with registration on Sunday at 2:00 P.M.
and ends at 4:00 P.M. Please note that no campers will begin registration
prior to this time. Each session ends and campers must be picked
up on Friday between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. There is a $75.00
fee for campers picked up after 12:00.
