* Any sessions can be combined for a stay up to
6 weeks. Stayover between sessions cost is an additional $275 for
each weekend
*For campers signing up for 3 or more sessions,
early pricing may be in 3 payments of 1/3 of payment received by
12/31/12; 1/3 by 3/1/13; 1/3 by 5/31/12
* $100 dollar deposit is required for each session
you apply to; payment refunded if you are not accepted or session
is full.
* For earlier pricing you may choose to either receive
the camp photo blanket or $50.00 fee reduction for one session;
all other session $50.00 reduction
PAYMENT/REFUND POLICIES
DEPOSIT: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 is required to reserve
your camper's space for the summer program.
PAYMENT: The Camp reserves the right
to refuse to admit a camper until payment of the full fee has been
made.
REFUND: In the event a camper is
unable to attend, the balance will be refunded if cancellation is
made at least two (2) weeks prior to the session scheduled, exclusive
of the $100 deposit.
If the camper cancels a session
and the balance has been partially paid or paid in full, a refund
will be issued after the conclusion of the camping season. Camper
reservations made but not used, will be billed unless canceled in
accordance with this policy.
LATE ARRIVAL: Campers who have not
arrived at Camp by 5:00 P.M. will be phoned to determine their attendance.
Please provide the caregiver's mobile phone number with the application
package.
INTEREST: Interest from the date
of payment shall accrue on any unpaid balance not made within ten
(10) days from the date due (10th of each month)at the maximum rate
permitted by law.
LATE PICK-UP FEE: Unless other arrangements
are with the camp office made prior to the pick-up date, Summer
campers must be picked up on FRIDAY by noon. Anyone picked after
12:00 P.M. will be charged a late fee of $75.00. Respite Weekend
campers must be picked up on SUNDAY by noon. Anyone picked after
12:00 P.M. will be charged a late fee of $75.00.
