Camper Information

 

Summer Camp Dates:
June 12, 2011- July, 22, 2011

REFUND POLICY
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 is required for the summer program. In the event a camper is unable to attend, the balance will be refunded if cancellation is made at least two (2) weeks prior to the session scheduled, exclusive of the $50.00 deposit. Interest from the date of payment shall accrue on any unpaid balance not made within ten (10) days from the date due (10th of each month) at the rate of three percent (3.0%) per month. The Camp reserves the right to refuse to admit a camper until payment of the full fee has been made. If the camper cancels a session and the balance has been partially paid or paid in full, a refund will be issued after the conclusion of the camping season. Camper reservations made but not used, will be billed unless canceled as above. Campers who have not arrived at Camp by 5:00 P.M. will be phoned to determine their attendance

 

Unless other arrangements are made prior to the pick-up date, Summer campers must be picked up on FRIDAY by noon. Anyone picked after 12:00 P.M. will be charged a late fee of $75.00. Respite Weekend campers must be picked up on SUNDAY by noon. Anyone picked after 12:00 P.M. will be charged a late fee of $75.00.
